Alan is project and programme manager with extensive experience in the leadership and delivery of complex change. He is a member of the APM nad is trained in DISC. Over the last 25 years Alan has delivered a mix of technical and business transition projects within organisations such as the English Premier League, the FA, The Scottish FA, RBS, United Distillers, Scottish Power, Scottish & Southern Energy, Scottish Water, AEGON and Scottish Equitable.
Anne MacNab is a highly skilled and experienced Executive Coach, accredited Everything DISC practitioner, certified EQi Emotional Intelligence professional, and is trained in i4 Neuroleadership and Clean Language Coaching tools. Anne is also the creator of the STRETCH Neuro-Leadership development framework.
